#1) Almonds

Almonds

Ask anyone what the healthiest nut is, and there’s a good chance that their response is “Almonds.” Just taking a look at the health benefits of the brown nut, it’s easy to see why.

They give you a healthy dose of proteins, zinc, monosaturated fats, and also act as great antioxidants. They are a “Super Nut” so to speak, and everyone should be eating almonds on the regular.

#2) Walnuts

Personally, Walnuts are my favourite nuts. There’s something just oh so delicious about their taste and texture! Lucky for me, they are also a great source of Omega 3 fats as well as Proteins, Vitamin E, and much much more.

Believe you me, just a small serving of Walnuts a day can make a large difference to your life!

#3) Cashew Nuts

Cashew Nuts

While they may be a little expensive, there is no denying that Cashew Nuts have a lot of health benefits which make them a worthwhile investment.

Just a small amount of cashews every day and you’ll find that you’re boosting your haemoglobin level as well as the health of your eyes, skin, and hair. I think that’s worth the premium price that cashews command on the market these days.

#4) Brazil Nuts

Brazil Nuts

The exotic Brazil Nuts are one of the more obscure nuts in India but they are definitely something you should consider adding to your pantry.

They are one of the richest sources of minerals such as selenium and also offer a high dosage of fibres, proteins, and Vitamin E.
