So, without any further ado, here is our list of 5 Healthy Fruits You Should Be Eating Regularly:

#1) Apples

Apples are awesome. They are filled with anti-oxidants, loaded with fibre, and contain a high volume of Vitamin C? What more do you really need? They even have some potassium which is great for heart health!

Oh, and they are available quite easily in India which is a great bonus!

#2) Bananas

Speaking of fruits which are easily available in India, look no further than Bananas. They are a staple all across the country and are also extremely affordable.

Not just that, Bananas are one of the richest sources of potassium and also offer a decent chunk of Vitamin B6 as well as fibre. Plus, they are delicious!

#3) Oranges

I’ll admit, these are my favourite fruit on the list. Oranges are simply superb in terms of taste and they offer some great health benefits to boot.

They are rich in fibre and anti-oxidant content but where Oranges truly shine is with their abundance of Vitamin C!

#4) Strawberries

We move onto a fruit which has become immensely popular in India over the past decade or so – Strawberries. These yummy red pieces of magic are simply divine in terms of taste.

Just like Oranges, they provide an ample amount of fibres, anti-oxidants, and Vitamin C as well as Manganese. They are also extremely low on the carb and calorie count!

#5) Avocados

We round out our list with one of the trendiest foods in the world today: Avocados! This superfood has gained its popularity for a reason.

It is extremely low on carbs and is instead high on the healthy fat content making it a popular choice for people on a keto diet. Avocados are also known for their high fibre content, Vitamin C content as well as potassium content!
